Bookings of 6+ people on Friday and Saturday:

For bookings of 6 or more on Friday and Saturday, you will be required to secure your reservation with a £50 deposit fee. The deposit will be deducted from your final bill.

Please be aware that if you fail to cancel your booking or to inform the restaurant of the reduced number in attendees 24 hours prior to the reservation, we reserve the right to not refund the £50 deposit fee.

Deposit for 6+ guests 

For online bookings on Fridays and Saturdays, card details are required at the time of reservation. We allow cancellations up to 6 hours before the reservation without any charges. 

In the event of a no-show or cancellations made within 6 hours of your reservation, a £20 fee will be charged to the card on file.

Table reservations 
Your reservation is carried out in real-time. After making a reservation, you instantly receive a confirmation e-mail. We cannot guarantee a particular table. If you want particular table contact with the restaurant.

Responsibility 
Reserving a table you agree to assume full responsibility for the information and its accuracy. 
 
Booking cancellation 
You can cancel an online reservation in by going to the confirmation email and tapping Cancel. You can also cancel a reservation by emailing hello@newshad.com or by calling the restaurant directly by phone&nbsp;01634 735472. Please cancel no later than 6 hours of the reservation date. For the cancellation policy of bookings on Friday and Saturday please refer to the ‘Bookings on Friday and Saturday’ section. 
 
Late arrival 
Your booking confirmation will secure your table reservation for up to 15 minutes from the reservation time. Thereafter, your reservation will be treated as ‘no show’. We will, however, use our best endeavours to provide you with an alternative table as soon as we can. If some of your guests are running more than 15 minutes late, then please inform staff immediately so that alternative arrangements can be made to accommodate you as soon as your guests arrive.
